Qualifications:
- Work with the creative director, design, and environment leads to the creation of pre-visualizations and early concepts. Storyboards, live-action video, and 3D blocking are examples.
- Create photorealistic representations of the characters’ attire and hair, for instance. Bringing the shot work to a close by developing animations and simulations for the cloth. Creative problem solving is the key to achieving successful art direction for a photograph.
- Meet deadlines and milestones by self-assessing progress and using time management and production monitoring tools. Effectively and politely communicate with creative, production, and colleagues
- Work in conjunction with the team responsible for character art, as well as the designers and engineers of the system, to guarantee coherence in the animation assets’ concept, production, and execution. Work in tandem with the technical teams to develop run-time character animation pipelines and methods.
- It’s important to be able to figure out and solve problems on your own. Express your creative point of view clearly and build on the aesthetic direction that was given to you. We’ll need deformations, procedural modeling, and animation to make this happen.

- To provide an immersive and engaging gaming experience, we must create, produce, and manage animations that bring the game world to life. Create new animations from scratch in order to expand and support existing character movement sets.
- Create believable, fluent, and acceptable character animations from diverse IPs in a single coherent style.
- Provider-provided assets such as rigging and weighting may be customized as required. In order to overcome technical issues, such as animation and rigging, the art and engineering teams must collaborate.
- A useful tool for making animations that can be controlled is Maya. Make sure that you stick to established file management, project management, and version control protocols while working with the director on the show’s visual style.
Skills:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or work experience in computer science, computer graphics, or computer animation is required (Recent graduates considered).
- Pre-visualizations, preliminary layouts, and/or characters for computer-generated animation need 1-3 years of experience. The ability to work with Maya is a bonus, but I have a strong interest in rough layout and a passion for telling stories.
- It’s a plus if you can compose scenes, shots, cameras, and people; cinematic staging, blocking, cinematography, and editing are all important skills to have.
- Technically proficient animator with a minimum of two years’ experience working in the business, as well as the ability to rig and animate stylized 2D animals quickly.
- An outstanding visual/technical command of animation dynamics, together with traditional animation principles and fundamentals, may be shown.
