The Account Director plays a crucial role in our sales team and is responsible for generating revenue across digital, social, print, and platforms through prospect identification, strategy development, presentation preparation, package and schedule negotiations, and reporting results and problems to management. We’re on the lookout for a driven Sales professional that can take charge of accounts at every level, from direct customers to external agencies, and provide them with comprehensive, innovative solutions across our whole product line. This individual has an intense desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Locate prospective buyers in the specified industry niches, engage them in conversation, and persistently pursue a sale.
  • Collaborate with key decision-makers in the advertising industry, both within the firm and with clients.
  • Co-create and execute innovative solutions for clients with the Marketing Services team to maximize sales efforts.
  • Facilitate all necessary business negotiations and correspondence, and keep upper management updated with timely and accurate business projections, forecasts, and paperwork.
  • Develop long-term plans on a quarterly and yearly basis to steer revenue growth and account portfolio management.
  • Effectively convey the Company’s message to clients via marketing and sales materials, graphic presentations, research reports, and sales support data.
  • Share updates on accounts, proposals, personnel changes, etc. with key internal stakeholders (such as split partners, finance, marketing, etc.).
  • Sales of bundled products across platforms like video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablet, and event-based programming are the main drivers of revenue.
  • Create, design, and develop alternative solution ideas that offer the client a glimpse of what is feasible.
  • Accomplished individual sales contributor able to prospect and sell with high degree of competence into the mid-market.


  • You have great organizational and project management skills, thanks to your ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Capable of communicating successfully one-on-one and in groups, as well as possessing strong verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Must be results-oriented, take the necessary actions to accomplish objectives, and assume responsibility for circumstances as necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have had at least two to four years of experience in platform-integrated outside sales.
  • an established history of generating high-quality work on-time and with excellent follow-up and resolution of any issues that arise.
