  • Responsible for supervising a team of employees and performing tasks like assigning tasks, checking in employees, and giving feedback.
  • Facilitate and execute monthly office gatherings, one-off office events, client and corporate development activities, and charity events.
  • Maintain the building’s operations, communicate with tenants and tenants’ representatives, and serve as the local property management’s point of contact.
  • Makes available to the general public data about the branch’s operations; this duty may require the employee to argue for a particular course of action with higher-ups.
  • Performs a variety of office-related duties, such as filing, answering phones, taking messages, typing, and answering e-mails.
  • Performs a wide range of administrative support tasks, such as word processing, filing, customer service, and data entry.
  • Protect the office’s safety features and make sure the building can meet the company’s business continuity needs.
  • To help improve the level of service the company provides to both internal and external clients, you will be requested to participate in a wide range of projects and activities as a member of the administrative operations team.
  • Oversee the running of the entire office, from hiring and supervising office staff and conference room attendants to training and supervising secretaries who provide administrative support (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • Creates and manages branch accounting procedures, such as billing, payment, and account reconciliation.


  • Superior common sense and communicative skills.
  • possess both a bachelor’s degree and seven years of managerial experience in a medium-to-large scale professional services firm.

  • high levels of knowledge and skill in administration, inter-personal interaction, and logistics.
  • Capability to juggle competing priorities in a high-pressure, fine-grained setting.
