Job Description
A Product Specialist is wanted by our company. It is the job of the Product Specialist to give retailers and producers with in-depth information on the products they sell. The Brand Representative will assist produce money for our firm by promoting and selling our chosen products via education and promotion. The Regional Sales Director has direct authority over the person in this role.

Qualifications:
- Convert vast amounts of information into simple product documentation that can be used both internally and externally.
- Every month, we look at a long list of things we want to sell. All KOB don’t want or need this list. It doesn’t have any value to them.
- Traveling to client sites to provide technical help and repair of the company’s products may be required. The technician may conduct repairs, assist/direct consumers through the repair process, or start-up new equipment.
- Part of a team that helps with the launch of new products. They might set up SKUs and prices and look at marketing materials. They might also do training and webinars and give customer presentations from time to time.
- Back orders, discontinuations, replacements, and product transitions are all initiatives that she leads. Works with the Operations team to coordinate and convey the project strategy.
- Develops general knowledge of the market, competitors, customer needs, distribution channels, and Company offerings for the assigned product
- All customers, both internal and external, are treated to outstanding customer service and technical competency.
- An understanding of relevant product offerings, scope paperwork, and departmental norms and procedures is necessary for the provision of accurate client solutions.
- Ownership of problems from the initial customer contact until call resolution, which includes aiding with appropriate escalations and providing updates to the consumer.
- Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal teams in designing and prioritizing the advertising solutions product road map.
Skills:
- Experience in internet advertising, as well as knowledge with the advertising goods and ad serving technologies
- You must be physically and mentally well in order to have a good sense of humor. Standing for lengthy periods of time is also necessary.
- Technical knowledge and ability to convey it to non-technical people
- Quickness and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a short amount of time
- The ability to work effectively in a team, to have a positive attitude, and to be passionate about providing World Class Customer Service are all valuable skills in this position.
