You’ll be an integral part of shaping the future of VR media and technology as an Executive Producer. You will act as the primary manager between the Company and its most important developers and content partners, actively fostering relationships between the two parties. The ideal applicant has both a deep background in game creation and management of external developers.

Qualifications:

• Work with the digital desk to determine the best content for each platform and assign it accordingly.
• in charge of new producer training and mentorship, as well as providing ongoing assistance for their professional development.
• Collaborate with approved alignment teams to create annual scopes for customers that account for production volume and projected budgets.
• As the EP is a working producer, they are expected to provide content on a regular basis.
• Provides information and help to client engagement teams that have requested it. Have access to the Integrated Production work queue and delegate tasks locally as necessary.
• accountable for finding and recruiting any external producers who may be needed.
• Keeps an eye on production schedules to ensure everything is running smoothly in the regional market.
• works in tandem with the writers and directors to accomplish organizational goals.
• assists new company initiatives by taking care of scheduling and setting up recording times.
• Regularly evaluate newscasts with the staff and individual producers.

Skills:

• Successfully pitch new business, promote programs, and gain client confidence through excellent presentation abilities.
