As a Sales Clerk, you will collect orders from the Outside Sales team and enter them into an ERP system for scheduling. The Sales Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming phone calls/emails from dealers about processing orders/transactions and other persons about their order. The person best suited for this job is self-motivated and organized, constantly improves themselves and the processes/systems they have been given, a great communicator in email and by phone, a pleasant coworker who can build great relationships, driven for change in themselves and the culture in which they are invested, and understands the difference between busy work and productive work.

Qualifications:
- It is imperative that opening and closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and the submission of all necessary documents in a timely manner and in accordance with all corporate and store guidelines be followed.
- Becomes informed about the products that was picked, including how it should be set up, used, and cared for, as well as the features of different product price points, warranty coverage, etc. Customers are given information about products in a clear and concise manner that is communicated to them.
- Add new goods to shelves by rearranging current ones and presenting them safely. Inside sales order entry, Show urgency and vigor
- Ensures allotted spaces are well-stocked and organized. Communicates stock additions, deletions, fast and slow selling products, customer preferences, requirements, difficulties, etc. with supervisor, store manager, etc. Actively attempts to enhance customer service, work performance, store/department sales objectives, etc. in department meetings.
- In your contacts with your staff and your customers, aggressively demonstrate appropriate suggestive selling methods while also sharing your excitement and passion for the food that you offer.
- Greets clients and engages them in conversation in order to provide sales help. Assists customers in choosing products and offers more things to match their choices. Offers consumers the option of purchasing extended product warranties when available. Coverage, advantages, and cost are all explained.
- Follow the correct processes to make sure the store is able to satisfy its out-of-stock percentage targets, and make sure to order products as required by scanning the relevant shelf tag or typing in numbers on the order machine.
- Customers are encouraged to round up their purchases whenever possible to assist us in reaching our target. Make sure you use the cash register in the correct manner.

Skills:
- Experience with basic computers and Microsoft Office is necessary, as well as a minimum of two to three years of effective sales experience in a variety of retail environments, offering excellent service to customers.
- Experience in customer service, cash handling, and retail, restaurant, or fast food environments is required. Working knowledge of a cash register
- Capacity for leadership and learning from others, as well as the capacity to teach and learn from others, as well as new duties if granted, are all necessary requirements.
- It’s preferable to have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Regular, light weight lifting requires a minimum of sixteen years of age, as well as the ability to operate with both hands and feet while standing or bending (no more than 5 pounds a time)
