Qualifications:
- Businesses must remain up to speed on technology advancements in their industry in order to keep clients informed about upcoming events and services. Maintains constant contact with essential data sources to keep them informed of new changes. There will be a variety of food, entertainment, and leisure opportunities for the residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities and common places in the community and work with the service team or other Associates to ensure that they are all well-maintained to maintain a high quality of community curb appeal.
- Residents’ questions and requests are handled, packages are stored and delivered when requested, and the property is open to approved guests and suppliers.
- Coworkers may create or break a tourist’s perception of you, therefore it’s important to get along with them.
- Suppliers, consumers, and job seekers should be handled with respect. Learn about the firm and notify the appropriate personnel (s).
- Help with the follow-up process after regular requests are taken care of, and be a point of contact for residents and service team members for both regular and emergency maintenance needs. If you need maintenance right away, you should call someone.
- Safety in the workplace may be accomplished through preventing accidents, maintaining equipment, and developing safe corporate procedures.
- Events like movie evenings and game nights are put on by the community center staff for its members.
- Getting faxes, mail, messages, and packages to residents and letting them know about them. Help people send faxes, mail, packages, and messages.
- Residents and property are protected by monitoring security cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms.
Skills:
- Recognize the value of collaboration and are willing to learn from others.
- To carry out the above responsibilities, you must follow the processes and standards that have already been set.
- A thorough understanding of both the resort’s operations and the events that take place there is an absolute need.
- When applying for this position, you must be able to interact with customers and be able to utilize Microsoft Office.
- Applicants must have one year of relevant experience in hospitality, administration, or marketing before being considered for this position.
