Full-Time Concierge – Suez
Job Description
Improves resident services and provides current information in a more timely and efficient manner. Greets residents and guests, answers the telephone and responds to both regular and urgent enquiries, forwards calls to the appropriate department, and does a range of clerical responsibilities relevant to the position.

Qualifications:
- Accidents may be eliminated and safe work practices enforced by requiring everyone to adhere to them.
- You can send and receive faxes, mail, messages, and shipments. Help people send documents, letters, and packages by faxing them or sending them through the mail.
- Work with the service crew or other Associates to keep all community amenities and common spaces clean and well-maintained.
- Everyone who visits the site, including suppliers, customers, and job seekers, should be greeted warmly. Discover what kind of company it is and notify the appropriate individuals about your visit(s).
- Monitors surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigates any odd behavior to ensure the safety of residents and property.
- Develop strong relationships with your coworkers to ensure that your visitors, residents, and other Associates have a positive view of your institution.
- Ensure that frequent requests are followed up on and that residents and members of the service team have a point of contact for both routine and emergency maintenance needs. Call for assistance as soon as possible if you find yourself in an emergency maintenance situation.
- Provides locals with up-to-date information about local services and forthcoming activities. Retains regular touch with information sources. Makes bookings for residents for supper, the theater, and other local activities.
- When it comes to arranging and implementing social and recreational activities for the residents, the manager is the one in charge.
- Residents’ questions and requests are handled, packages are stored and delivered when requested, and the property is open to approved guests and suppliers.
Skills:
- For this job, you need to know how to deal with customers, be flexible, take the initiative, and use Microsoft Office.
- To be considered for this job, you must have worked in the hospitality, administrative, or marketing industries before.
- Conformity with established processes and standards is required for the above duties.
- To be successful in this position, you must have a solid understanding of resort activities and operations.
