- Find and interview candidates, conduct phone interviews with those who are interested, give assistance throughout the interviewing process, and make employment offers to those who are selected.
- The ability to clearly communicate the company’s mission, vision, and core values to potential workers is essential.
- Conduct a gap analysis of the Company’s recruiting partners and procedures and find alternative agencies or ways of recruiting in order to give the greatest possible experience for our applicants and managers.
- Provides succinct and engaging job posts that are straightforward, devoid of jargon, attract a diverse range of talent (bias is reduced), and are search engine optimized.
