In order to satisfy our company’s growing employment demands, we are looking for a highly driven Contract Recruiter. A Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with HR professionals to develop successful staffing plans for available jobs. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned corporate recruiter with a proven track record of success, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

  • Build a pipeline of critical talent for present and future demands as well as construct solid sourcing techniques that will attract top talent
  • Find and interview candidates, conduct phone interviews with those who are interested, give assistance throughout the interviewing process, and make employment offers to those who are selected.
  • The ability to clearly communicate the company’s mission, vision, and core values to potential workers is essential.
  • Conduct a gap analysis of the Company’s recruiting partners and procedures and find alternative agencies or ways of recruiting in order to give the greatest possible experience for our applicants and managers.
  • Provides succinct and engaging job posts that are straightforward, devoid of jargon, attract a diverse range of talent (bias is reduced), and are search engine optimized.


  • Internal drive and proactive interaction with teams and people to clear bottlenecks and address urgent recruiting requirements while contributing to a larger talent acquisition plan.
  • Learn how to network effectively so that you not only meet the right people at the appropriate time, but also make a lasting impression on them.
  • Capable of managing many applicant pipelines concurrently for a variety of criteria and business segments.
  • Customers and workers ought to be handled with the same attention and respect that every applicant should get.
  • Aptitude for efficient communication with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, applicants, community partners, and team members
