  • Ascertain the company’s fiscal sustainability and maintain its track record of rigorous, lean financial management. Following strategic planning, evaluate the organization’s structure, operations, policies, employees, business model, and funding requirements and make appropriate modifications. Strengthen and creatively use technology to all aspects of the organization’s activity. Assure excellent stewardship and adhere to very stringent standards to safeguard the organization’s operations and public trust.
  • As the association’s only direct lender, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring of the association’s controls, financial and operational performance (i.e., capital requirements, asset quality requirements, management and staff effectiveness, earnings requirements and liquidity requirements).
  • All financial, operational, personnel, and marketing concerns and actions have to be reported to the board of directors in a timely and correct manner.


  • Marketing, public relations, and fundraising expertise with the ability to connect with a diverse variety of people and cultures.
  • A demonstrated capacity to analyze, prioritize, and take action on a wide range of issues, from the strategic to the administrative.
  • Superior management skills, such as strategic organizational development, motivational abilities, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, are needed to run a business.
  • Capacity to lead others to success via strong management and leadership skills, including the capacity to hire, train, and develop personnel and to achieve results through others.
  • Having a firm grasp of the principles of managed care, such as the organization of the delivery system and the financial implications of each program’s implementation.
