Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Suez
Job Description
We need a receptionist that is a people person and can handle customer service with ease. This individual will be responsible for communicating with high-level clients and staff and running a multi-line phone system and other office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Perform additional administrative tasks, including filing, copying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Making introductions and greeting visitors, employees, messengers, and study subjects. The purpose of the visit should be established, and visitors should be shown around or escorted.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Take part in any and all meetings required of you by the Office of Operations, Finance, and Performance Management.
- Utilize a multi-line telephone system to screen and forward calls, take messages, and answer calls.
- Keep track of office and file cabinet keys, as well as sign-out ledgers for various pieces of office equipment.
- Make sure you always know where your employees are and have them sign in and exit properly.
- Coordinate data collection and update employee information database; new hires, employee tracking, annual compliance trainings.
- Billing, data entry, word processing, creating new case files, and composing communications are handled.
- The person in charge of enabling requests through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), as well as follow-ups and training backup coverage.
Skills:
- Respectful and thorough following up is a hallmark of this service, as are open lines of communication and genuine concern for the well-being of clients, employees, and other professionals.
- Word processing, spreadsheets, Access, PowerPoint, and the ability to use the internet are all considered to be bare minimums when it comes to computer literacy.
- Those working at the front desk must pay close attention to detail to ensure that any customer complaints are properly recorded and resolved in a timely way.
- Knowledge working as a secretary or receptionist in a busy office is a plus.
- Proven skill at juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
