Job Description
Digital Director’s main mission is to help our team reach or surpass digital revenue targets via a solution-based sales strategy. Responsibilities include developing and implementing digital goods and providing Agency services, as well as optimizing these products. Identifies customers’ marketing requirements and integrates them into a sales solution with the help of the executive team. Directs the launch, training, sales, and analysis of certain digital projects now in progress and in the future.

Qualifications:
- For internal or external development, recommend and define new administration tools or feature/function upgrades to current tools.
- You are responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our digital marketing initiatives in compliance with our brand strategy. We’re talking about anything from Google Ads to Facebook ads to social media and our own website. The required consumer engagement objectives must be achieved across all of our digital platforms, and you must make sure they are.
- Manage and maintain the connection with media agency partners. In order to provide solid advice, assessment, and ongoing optimization on proposed agency strategies, create media briefings.
- determine the scope and objectives of the project, conduct frequent status meetings, and/or manage the project from start to completion.
- It’s important to keep track of several digital projects and work streams in order to enable project management for the digital program.
- Web and mobile design and development, as well as administering websites, producing and assessing internet traffic, are all necessary competencies for this role.
- Examining a campaign’s performance and discovering new opportunities may be done by analyzing website traffic, PPC activity, search results, and other data sources.
- Accelerate the development and delivery of new products using modern DevSecOps procedures to increase the daily economic value offered to end users.

- You will be in charge of developing short-form television and internet videos that will promote our brand and generate visitors to our website.
Skills:
- The ability to use the most current web development tools and technologies, such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, APIs, responsive design, ASP.NET Web Forms and web services, and code versioning tools.
- know how to conduct randomized control trials, A/B tests, and platform brand lift studies in digital media testing.
- It’s critical to be able to work swiftly and effectively in a fast-paced setting while still maintaining your composure under pressure.
- Exceptional technical competence, including the capacity to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide variety of people in a manner that is both understandable and engaging.
- An extensive background in digital marketing, including work on political campaigns or advocacy organizations, is required.
