Job Description

As a creative director, you will oversee the conception, implementation, and adherence to creative principles and inventive tactics that establish or maintain brand equity for both new and existing goods across our various portfolios. By leading and mentoring a team of design professionals (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.) and participating in multidisciplinary cross-functional teams (strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.), this position supports and drives the department’s overall efforts and strategic vision. It also frequently collaborates with external consultants, freelancers, and agency partners. The Creative Director will confidently and modestly discuss high priority initiatives with senior management. The creative director must be able to explain the design thinking behind their work and defend it while remaining receptive to suggestions and different viewpoints. Your success in this position depends on your ability to communicate your vision clearly, both orally and visually. Candidates for this position must be able to work comfortably and willingly in dynamic environments, such as brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops.

  • Ensures timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function and business partners.
  • Reviews internal work produced by the team on creative projects; directs, coaches, and mentors’ staff below them.

  • The organization collaborates with both internal and external parties to effectively represent the fundamental brand equity and governance. The long-term equity advocate keeps the company’s image consistent with the outside world.

  • Maintains, translates and extends the product brand equities’ look and feel. Archives, protects and shares creative brand identity and style guidelines as appropriate.
  • Provides attractive visuals, sound justification, and an organized presentation to clients in a straightforward, concise, and direct manner.
  • Maintains a state of innovative excellence by careful attention to detail.
  • delivers creative projects with a strong, well-articulated creative strategy, supporting the overall efforts of the internal creative department.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management lead and other department heads to establish and monitor realistic goals, timelines, and budgets.


  • Knowledgeable in all stages of the design process (from brainstorming to final production) and able to create and define design strategy.
  • Expertise in packaging design including common design, production and cost considerations.
  • intermediate-level skill with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and the Apple Macintosh operating system.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in the face of uncertainty and several demands is a hallmark of this accomplished professional.
  • six years of experience in graphic design, communications, or advertising, with an emphasis on package design at progressively more responsible levels, and a master’s degree in design, advertising, or communications
