Qualifications:

• For Accounts Payable Invoices, electronic data must be prepared, categorized, scanned, and stored.
• Your salary will be measured by the number of years you have worked in this position.
• Receipts and payments performed using credit cards must be analyzed and documented.
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and also the ability to develop and implement a variety of operations with precision and punctuality while working alone.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is strongly recommended.
• Prepare checks for accounts payable to be mailed out.
• The General Accounting Manager has extra duties.
• It’s essential to have a working personal vehicle, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by the corporate policy.
• Do various clerical tasks for the Accounting department as needed, such as filing, copying, collating, and data entry.
• Assist with the processing and coding of accounts payable bills.
