Job Description
An office administrator with experience is needed. The office of the CEO and President will receive assistance from this office administrator with a range of operational and administrative tasks. The Office Administrator will be in charge of all day-to-day office operations, as well as calendar management, trip planning, and expense reporting. Both Microsoft Office expertise and great communication abilities are required of the office administrator.

Qualifications:
- handles all employee-related matters, such as scheduling, monitoring attendance, and performance reviews.
- Responds to public enquiries about the branch’s programs, services, policies, and processes; on occasion, is responsible for proposing a course of action to management in specific areas.
- performs many responsibilities related to administration, clerical work, record keeping, bookkeeping, file reviewing, and assistance.
- Handles a wide variety of secretarial duties, from typing letters and reports to handling paperwork, fielding calls, providing information, and setting up appointments.
- Maintain office safety measures and check that the space meets all legal criteria for the company’s operations.
- Is part of the company’s administrative operations team, which develops and implements strategies to better serve the company’s internal and external customers.
- Oversee facility upkeep; act as a link with local property management; and collaborate with building personnel and relevant internal contacts.
- Coordinate the activities of the office, from the receptionist to the practice assistants (secretaries) to the conference room attendants and the office services (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Administrative tasks include managing correspondence, organizing files, reviewing and authorizing requests for office supplies, and assigning and supervising secretarial workers.
- Plan and carry out routine employee gatherings and office activities, such as client and business development events and charitable endeavors.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software fast.
- The capacity to multitask and prioritize in a hectic, meticulous working environment
- A calm composure in the face of competing demands and short deadlines.

- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years working in a management role in a midsize or larger professional services firm.
