Job Description
You’ll be an integral part of shaping the future of VR media and technology as an Executive Producer. You will act as the primary manager between the Company and its most important developers and content partners, actively fostering relationships between the two parties. The ideal applicant has both a deep background in game creation and management of external developers.

Qualifications:
- You’ll need to find and bring on contract producers as needed, and it’s your job to do so.
- The EP is expected to generate work on a volume basis, as this is a producer role.
- Collaborate with the digital desk to determine what material will work best on each platform and then distribute that content.
- Participates and supports new business efforts through handling booking and scheduling production sessions.
- Provides assistance in answering questions from client engagement teams. Will be available for local production as required and will be exposed to the Integrated Production work queue.
- control the mentoring and growth of new producers and help them succeed in their careers.
- Collaborate with approved alignment teams to create annual scopes for customers that account for production volume and projected budgets.
- Collaboration with producers and the imaginative staff is essential to the achievement of company objectives.
- Communicate frequently about newscasts with the team and the producers individually.
