Job Description
As the site Bookkeeper, your key responsibilities will include completing daily corporate accounting operations, providing accurate and timely cash flow reporting, and ensuring the security and confidentiality of personnel files. You’ll know everything there is to know about couponing and money handling, as well as cash register reconciliation and in-house client charges. This person will collaborate closely with corporate management to handle bookkeeping issues and make procedural changes.

Qualifications:
- Any insufficient money or returned checks should be collected from the bank as soon as possible.
- Ensure that all of your financial records are current and accurate.
- Make sure that cash handling procedures are followed. Noncompliance is noted, and issues are addressed with the principal as needed.
- On a daily basis, settlements with route employees, which involve matching suitable tickets.
- Compare purchase orders to activity funds, double-check money availability, disperse funds, and get administrative permission.
- Clerical employment includes tasks such as answering the phone and operating office equipment.
- A minimum of three years of bookkeeping knowledge is recommended.
- Strong knowledge of the Clover POS system and the QuickBooks accounting software.
- To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or management.
- Suggestions for budget changes are recorded until the budget is finalized.
