All projects presently under development will fall under the Asset Manager’s purview. When it comes to property management, the Asset Manager is tasked with supervising everything from leasing and marketing to employees and new initiatives. A highly motivated and passionate problem solver with an eye for detail and the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously is what we’re looking for. Verbal and written communication skills are also important.

  • Any asset’s life cycle, from purchase through disposal, as well as investor returns, should be thoroughly modelled. Assist in developing and implementing yearly budgets, strategic plans, and forecasts.
  • Pay special attention to pre-payable, balloon, and maturing loans while keeping an eye out for any Business Development refinancing options.
  • All of an asset’s day-to-day business operations, market positioning, and eventual disposal should be guided by the asset’s strategic business plan, which must be developed for each asset.
  • Keep track of serial numbers and tags on hardware and other assets by entering them into a configuration management database (CMDB).
  • Ensure that exceptional service is delivered to the company’s present tenant relationships by taking the lead. When it comes to negotiating leases for high-profile tenants, a strong network of leasing agents, lawyers, and bankers may be quite beneficial.
  • Consider ways to increase the usefulness of technological assets that are currently underused or just partly utilized in order to obtain maximum efficiency and return on investment from such assets.
  • Initiate, design, and implement systems for tracking and assessing the financial and technical data of company hardware from the moment it is requisitioned through its eventual disposal.
  • Estimate future cash flows, evaluate them, and make capital call and dividend recommendations to investors. Make sure your escrow and operating cash accounts are properly funded at all times
  • Infrastructure asset management best practices are being implemented in a comprehensive way by the public works department. A single example of the kind of services that fall under this general phrase is providing asset management software training.
  • Public and county authorities are informed on the progress of projects and initiatives. A number of infrastructure asset management boards and committees are accessible to county authorities’ participation.


  • Possess the ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere and collaborate with internal colleagues, external suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Five (5) years of experience managing infrastructure assets in a government agency, with at least one (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job.
  • Must be able to operate and develop knowledge of a number of computer software programs in the areas of word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and presentation. Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and internet use.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise in contract administration or buying and procurement, covering all areas of strategy creation and implementation.
  • In order to carry out your job duties safely and properly, you’ll need to be able to interact with your coworkers in English.
