Job Description

You will build scalable methods for campaign management, lead generation, CRM database administration, and web analytics as a Marketing Analyst. External internet acquisition marketing, including strategy, execution, and channel optimization, will be your responsibility. You’ll also be expected to work with internal marketing and sales teams to create and track email campaigns that drive revenue across B2B and B2C customer channels. You’ll also do complex data analyses across paid media, CRM, and website analytics, which will be used to help company stakeholders make strategic decisions. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll be managing multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Working understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly spreadsheets in Excel, is necessary.
  • A lot of different types of media could be used, like SEO, SEM, direct mail, TV, SMS text messages and more. You should keep an eye on and keep up with them every day.
  • Develops solutions that drive customer awareness, engagement, delight, retention, and other business objectives by working closely with business teams to identify the most significant business issues to be addressed in the data.
  • Creates, delivers, and maintains intuitive dashboards for marketers and other business teams that democratize digital data.
  • Intelligence drives the testing and optimization roadmap, which generates and analyses hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance.
  • Manage the technical aspects of key marketing technologies such as marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM), which are used to generate, distribute, and report leads.
  • The launch of new items is scrutinized, appraised, and reported on, as are the successful, odd, and failed products. Analyze data, statistics, and consumer trends on a local level, then put up a presentation style for marketing or sales to utilize directly.
  • It is feasible to do comprehensive marketing analysis and data visualization using market databases like Innova and Datamonitor (a plus)
  • Produce an engaging category analysis and consumer insights using primary and secondary research to assist Category Marketers in producing a clear, impactful selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
  • Analyze research/analysis data and translate findings into clear and actionable business insights for the media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership, in order to influence overall marketing strategy and budgets, as well as creative execution and media mix.

Skills:

  • When it comes to problem-solving, the candidate must be able to break a problem down into manageable bits, structure, analyze, and provide solutions.
  • Must be currently permitted to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship and will not require sponsorship in the future.
  • Retargeting, social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad systems.
  • +2 years of data-driven content and inquiry/conversion marketing experience
  • Working in this position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to take advantage of the digital connections that consumers now have at their fingertips.
