A Product Specialist supports our clients’ Time Management products with world-class knowledge. With your expertise in time and attendance, payroll, pay rules, interfaces, leave management, shift patterns, and scheduling, you help us provide a holistic solution to our customers.

Qualifications:
- Provide top-notch customer service to both internal and external customers with a high level of satisfaction and technical expertise.
- Knowledge of applicable product offers, scope documentation, and department rules and procedures required to deliver correct customer solutions
- Assisting with appropriate escalations and providing updates to customers is part of the job description for this position.
- Projects including manufacturer back orders, discontinuations, replacements, and product transitions are managed by this position. Coordination and communication with the Operations team on the project strategy.
- Assist in developing a go-to-market plan for widespread solution adoption and condense massive volumes of information into brief product documentation for internal and external usage.
- Provide accurate and fast technical repair and/or technical assistance of the company’s goods by traveling to customers’ locations as needed.
- Develops a broad understanding of the market, the competitive landscape, customer needs, distribution channels, and the company’s product offers for the given product (s)
- Assist internal teams in building and prioritizing the advertising solutions product road map by acting as the ‘voice of the client.
- As part of a cross-functional team, participates in product launch activities. May be in charge of duties such as SKU setup, price evaluation, ROI model building, or giving marketing material input and feedback, as well as delivering training and webinars and making occasional client presentations.
- Every month, we analyze a long list of potential items. Content from all KOBs is redundant, out-of-date, or non-value-added.
Skills:
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time while maintaining emotional maturity and stability, as well as having a sense of humor, is required.
- Capability of executing under accelerated time constraints and adapting swiftly to changes in priorities
- Strong team player with a positive outlook and a drive to provide World Class Customer Service.
- Prior experience in an online advertising job and knowledge of advertising products and ad serving technologies are required.
