Qualifications:
- Ensure all new hires get technical training in areas such as systems, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society, cleaning, and maintenance.
- In order to identify on-camera presenters, accessible celebrities, digital influencers and/or creators who match the Company’s voice and content creation sensibility, you need to build relationships with agents and managers to discover the right people.
- At the local or regional level, handle basic human resource tasks such as onboarding, employment, contacts with employees, remuneration, benefits, and performance management with little supervision.
- Develop career development plans, methodologies, and resources. Encourage and support HR leadership and business partners in enhancing the efficacy, reach, and visibility of career programs.
- The dashboard narratives also incorporate work-related topics. Bring your knowledge and abilities to the table.
- To generate a performance culture that promotes business success, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion, enterprise-wide organizational training and employee development and engagement activities must be created and managed.
- Set up and maintain strategies, methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures to improve performance. Processes include goal-setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching.
- Establish effective change-management methods, and ensure communications and ready materials are in place to facilitate professional program/process transfer.
- To assist internal clients with career possibilities, provide data-driven suggestions based on a thorough understanding of organizational norms and processes, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Encourage the implementation and implementation of succession plans, as well as new hire development programs.
Skills:
- An excellent command of both written and vocal language. Solid ability in planning, organizing, and analyzing problems. A customer’s satisfaction depends on being able to give them with prompt, dependable service. The ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology, or general business, or an equivalent area, is needed for those interested in working in this position.
- Social media savvy. You know your way through Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms to find exceptional talent and influencers.
- 4-6 years relevant professional expertise in publisher pricing and packaging for branded content partnerships across digital media and experiential activations
- Strong on-stage production expertise is necessary, as well as the ability to organize artists and other personnel to meet production objectives and timelines.
