Qualifications:

• You should be able to produce high-quality items in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Workpaper and form preparation for corporate tax returns are required skills.
• Keep track of client deadlines and delivery.
• Working for 2–5 years in a tax or accounting capacity is required.
• It is necessary to have completed high school.
• In an office setting, you must be able to transition from one location to another.
• Ability to educate and train new generations of workers.
• Must be well-organized and able to multitask.
• It’s necessary to have some experience with computerized accounting and tax software.
• It is necessary to be at least 18 years old.

Skills:

• You’ll should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate level.
• In order to be successful, the candidate must be conscientious, self-motivated, and careful in their job.
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as interpersonally, are essential.
