Job Description

As a project manager, you’ll be tasked with making sure our customers’ large-scale business initiatives are implemented smoothly. A project manager’s responsibilities include collaborating with the client, developing and implementing project plans that embrace best practices, change management, quality management, effective communication plans, requirements management, and securing all necessary resources needed to achieve the project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Deliverables that are worked on by the team are provided with a thorough image of the company’s objectives, together with functional expertise and comments from team members.
  • Provides project management training to all members of the team, including those on the business and technical sides.
  • Throughout the project’s lifespan, everything from scope management to requirements management to task breakdown and timetable management to priority and dependency management and job assignment is carefully examined, documented, and executed.
  • Methodologies for streamlining production, storage, and distribution processes, such as lean manufacturing, should be used.
  • Has the duty of coordinating and managing all aspects of the project’s timekeeping, resource forecasting, financial management, and other pertinent activities, as well as creating and maintaining complete understanding and control of the project’s budget and financial factors
  • Assesses project risks and makes recommendations to the project manager on how to minimize them in the future.
  • It is important to keep an eye on the development of all project deliverables to verify that they meet quality requirements.
  • By converting company strategies into tactical action items and educating and developing lower level project managers, this position ensures that the demands of customers and businesses are met.
  • Oversee the execution of authorized projects by cross-functional project teams. Create a clear execution plan and keep track of how well it is working in relation to the project’s overall objectives.
  • Supports the project team and other stakeholders by offering subject matter expertise and knowledge management, and assures customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products on schedule.

Skills:

  • Considerable experience turning business needs into distinct initiatives needing particular technical, functional, and/or operational assessment.
  • Proven expertise over the course of six years using project life cycle techniques in various contexts (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
  • Build and create a strong team to support and maintain profitable growth and to give chances for personal and professional development for our team.
  • Project status and significant issues/milestones may be summarized using work processes, Excel, Power Point, and great communication skills.
  • It is necessary to have a full grasp of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize a number of complex projects.
