Job Description
A Technical Project Manager is accountable for the design and implementation of projects and initiatives, as well as for the management of workflows and the communication of concerns and status. Typically, initiatives are carried out in collaboration with one or more of the TPM’s teams. The TPM will communicate project status, concerns, disputes, and risks using a variety of official and informal channels. The TPM will plan initiatives in collaboration with different business stakeholders. The TPM will assist in the investigation of technical difficulties and ideas as part of the initiatives or projects they lead. The TPM serves as the “glue” that connects input from technical teams to business stakeholders. The TPM is acutely aware of business requirements and demands and ensures that they are documented and delivered to the technical team in an acceptable manner (s).

- Product Support involves creating a thorough understanding of the solutions supplied by the larger team and collaborating with on-site clients to maximize the tool’s use. Additionally, give initial technical assistance for problems and change requests, escalating as needed.
