Job Description
It is the responsibility of the E-Commerce Manager to establish and implement the Company’s electronic commerce strategy, manage the Company’s integrated platforms, and increase the Company’s digital footprint in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Company’s Industrial Aftermarket It is the responsibility of this role to maximize the number of leads and to optimize the methods used to generate them. Create and execute an extensive E-Commerce development strategy plan through which successful applicants will be able to earn more income and profits. In order to do this, a successful E-Commerce Manager will be well-versed in contemporary industrial E-Commerce market needs, including but not limited to performing technology-based market research, discovering consumer voice and preferences and competitive analysis. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll work closely with others from the Marketing and Sales departments as well as from the Engineering and Operations divisions.

Qualifications:
- Manages new web development, web maintenance, hosting, and web application firewall for all e-commerce websites. Co-ordinates and controls the company’s IT resources and external web development businesses.
- Creating strategies to increase sales in our online store by combining sales expertise, industry standards, and new innovations.
- Ensure that an e-commerce platform’s day-to-day operations, including software integrations, merchant and retailer partnerships, run smoothly.
- Project management is the process of clearly stating the scope and objectives of a project, meeting deadlines, managing time, preparing for emergencies, obtaining approvals, allocating funds, and keeping track of progress.
- Establish feature requirements, monitor development, conduct user acceptance testing, and deploy new functionality with the help of internal and external teams (Creative, SEO, Marketing, and Development).
- Maintains a proactive approach to e-commerce and data security as well as site hosting and digital and direct marketing initiatives.
- By planning, executing, and monitoring assigned marketing tasks, ensures that they are performed on time and within budget.
- Planning and budgeting for e-commerce, including new web development and platform maintenance, is part of this position’s responsibilities.
- Maintain product catalog correctness and take responsibility for it (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
- Conducting analysis and reporting on weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and success of offer codes
Skills:
- The applicant should have a strong sense of leadership and a drive to continually learn and improve his abilities.
- Extensive knowledge in digital marketing and analytics, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, and payment gateway integration.
- To be considered for this job, you must have a minimum of two years of experience selling online or at an auction house where collectibles are sold.
- A bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your career goals is a minimum requirement.
- Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics are two tools you must be familiar with.
