To join our Content & Creative Marketing team, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist with a passion for tech and the newest marketing trends. This role is for you if you consider yourself a self-starter with a passion for developing stories to empower technology users, as well as copywriting, optimization, and analysis. This position reports to the Director, Content & Creative, and can be done entirely remotely or in one of our numerous offices. The ideal applicant enjoys writing and has expertise creating a range of material, but can also implement a smart and strategic content strategy to support business goals. Marketing strategists should collaborate extensively with other members of the marketing team.

Qualifications:
- Ensuring that email performance, KPIs, and objectives are monitored by the audience development team (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
- Create and share content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among other social media platforms.
- To increase email performance, use and track email testing strategies like as templates, subject lines, send timings, customized content suggestions, audience segmentation, and so on.
- To maintain a solid online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media sites, and distribute material across several channels.
- research, development, and developing engaging data-based content to engage our target audience in relation to e-commerce, online payments, and fraud
- Conduct content and competitor audits to come up with content optimization techniques including UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
- Identify relevant partner organizations, news sources, and policy groups that suit our strategy and brand in order to form collaborations with online communities.
- Responsibility for the company’s content marketing strategy, including theme development and content generation.
- To ensure that all regulations and procedures are followed, have a wide grasp of branch operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external content authors and subject matter experts to meet deadlines and deliver a consistent, clear, and aesthetically attractive message.
Skills:
- To understand the measurable impact of strategy and content decisions, you must be able to analyze performance data and collaborate across departments.
- Due to the short turnaround times and large volume of work, it is essential that you have past experience working under pressure and have shown a track record of success.
- You should be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Experience managing several accounts while paying great attention to the smallest details and being able to successfully engage with customers and provide technical help for their issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as coaching and counselling abilities
