Job Description

Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk to assist with a wide range of administrative duties. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of clerical tasks throughout the office, from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. The capacity to work hard is essential for an efficient office, and a competent Office Clerk can contribute to that. You need to be dependable, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills. Candidates with prior experience with standard office machinery and methods are preferred.

  • Keep an eye on the supply of paper clips, stationary, and other office essentials and let management know if there are any shortages.
  • Carry out administrative and clerical tasks as directed and in accordance with established protocols.
  • When printing, scanning, or modifying documents, use typical office processes. Make some paperwork about running the building and keep it safe.
  • Accounting Functions– Work with various accounting tasks throughout the financial period including data entry, payroll, invoices, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting.
  • Use office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers for word processing, spreadsheet generation, and so on.
  • Maintaining office records, personnel files, and responding to frequent inquiries regarding corporate policies will help with administration and office support tasks.
  • Collaboration means working together with other people to achieve a common goal.
  • Files and records should be kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Respond to customer communications in an accurate and timely manner and investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • General Office Administration: Manage a range of day-to-day office-related chores, including but not limited to phone responsibilities, filing & organizing, and general cleanup, etc., to ensure the Support Office runs well.


  • A quick typist with stenography and dictation experience.
  • Ability to study and comprehend the carpet padding and trucking industries.
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, truckers, office workers, and upper management.
  • the ability to work in a professional office setting and understand basic accounting concepts.
  • experience working in a clerical capacity, such as an office clerk, is preferred.
