This Chemical Engineer is in charge of specifying and designing plant facilities and equipment for the Production Facilities in order to accomplish the required outcome in the most cost-effective manner while also improving the facility’s environment, safety, quality, and long-term profitability.

Qualifications:
- Real-time assistance for operations staff with technological challenges.
- Long-term or recurring problems can be fixed by oneself or with the help of other technical resources.
- Recommend changes to existing equipment to improve product quality or operational safety.
- From a variety of options, selecting the most successful ways and methods.
- Review production history on a regular basis to make recommendations for increasing efficiency, quality, and reducing waste.
- Test the effects of colour formulation and processing on the final outcome.
- Assist in the administration of plant operations.
- All safety protocols should be backed up and carried out.
- In the job, be a positive role model for others.
- Any difficulties with safety should be reported.
Skills:
- This job requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
- Experience with printed circuit board production is a benefit.
- It is helpful to have previous experience with applied electrochemistry or metal plating.
- It is necessary to demonstrate that you are familiar with proper scientific technique and experimental design.
- Only skilled specialists should handle and dilute strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or hazardous substances.
