Qualifications:
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders to disseminate best practices and actively contribute original and novel solutions.
- Acquire an awareness of the client’s business goals and advertising tactics, and then figure out how to help them accomplish those goals through advertising.
- Research and create campaign solutions, making ensuring that the campaign’s execution lives up to the client’s expectations, in addition to general branding and creative.
- Accomplish or exceed sales goals for all business types (traditional, new, and digital) and company-wide initiatives, and plan for success.
- Consult on a variety of strategic initiatives in order to add an Association/Affinity lens to talks.
- Conducts comprehensive inspections of marketing materials, such as email campaigns, websites, print ads, mobile apps, and social media profiles.
- While locating businesses that are growing, moving, or recruiting, increase your book of business in a way that is in line with your objectives.
- Assist in establishing a cooperative relationship between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams in order to proactively strengthen materials and guarantee that rules are followed.
- Make sure Product Delivery has the marketing materials it needs to comply with state advertising filing requirements by creating and generating the relevant marketing documents.
- look for ways to make improvements to our procedures on a regular basis and take part in operational efficiency.
Skills:
- college diploma and at least two years of experience in marketing, compliance, or a related industry.
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects at once and finishing them all on schedule.
- Preferably, you have three or more years’ worth of experience in marketing or compliance for the financial services sector.
- competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work at an intermediate level in both Excel and Word.
