Qualifications:
- After a thorough review of the preceding 24 hours’ worth of inventory movements, DLX and SAP’s inventory discrepancies are compared. We consider the product’s quality, as well as any damage or liquidation, while determining its value. It is time to become a leader. A thorough understanding of the plant’s operations is essential to spotting possible areas for improvement and taking the necessary steps to fix them.
- Attaches labels to parcels, wooden crates, and boxes, Posts weights and shipping costs together with postage, Unpacks and inspects incoming shipments, rejects defective products, records shortfalls, and communicates with shippers to correct damages and shortages.
- Working with inventory management, handling irregularities in shipping/receiving, and correcting reporting mistakes is all part of your job description. Assuring adherence to the improvement of all areas/shift reporting, such as consumption and returns and standard working standards, including K-LEAN. Working with the plant finance and procurement teams, you’ll ensure that the daily inventory balances for raw and packaged supplies are met. Help the warehouse workers who are in charge of receiving and distributing items by counting the inventory as well (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Ordering and receiving CPD implants on schedule is critical. Ensures that all issues are investigated and handled on a regular basis. Assists in obtaining loaner implant kits and informs management of any issues. Ensures that all deliveries are made on schedule and in full. Bill-only PO is created.
- Collaborate to Win – Proactively develop and train hourly workers and assist talent management. Supporting projects while ensuring Diversity and Inclusion meets/exceeds business criteria
- Inventory data should be entered into an ERP system through computer. Merchandise is received and distributed. Make any required changes to your inventory. Calculate the accuracy of several sites’ inventory using a computerized data analysis program.
- Preparing things for transportation, verifying the arrival and departure of shipments, and keeping records of all transactions Shipment records are compared against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other documents to ensure that all the information is correct.
- In order to keep everything in order, make sure that all outgoing and production orders have been post-goods issued and that all incoming orders have been post-goods received in coordination with the Quality Supervisor. At all times adhering to food safety rules and maintaining hygienic conditions.
- The movement from A to B is vital. Therefore, you will have responsibility over the production inventory at the Rome Plant. Shipping and receipt of warehouse stock will fall within your purview.
- Daily and/or periodic inventory measurements are gathered, confirmed, and reported to ensure inventory health. Determine the fundamental cause, whether it’s a process or a habit, and record your findings for operational analysis.

- The person is needed to regularly stand, walk, sit, speak, and hear while performing the activities of this job. The employee must often use their hands to touch, handle, or feel items, as well as reach with their hands and arms. This work needs the individual to sometimes move or lift more than 50 to 100 pounds. This individual must be capable of visually inspecting products and delivery documentation.
- High school diploma/GED with industrial experience, Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Accounting Inventory system experience
- As a result, employees must have the ability to read and understand documents like delivery documentation and product tickets. This person must be able to communicate effectively with delivery warehouse workers in order to provide them with inventory information. This position necessitates a person who is trustworthy, honest, and has the ability and desire to assist clients in a timely and professional manner..”
- Demonstrates ability to use technology in inventory and operating room situations. Basic computer abilities are required. Ability to type properly and input data at an intermediate level. Ability to learn how to use the PS and EPIC programs. Capability to use handheld technology to download associated data to an electronic purchase order. Capability to use/text a mobile phone in an operating room materials setting.
