Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk to assist with a wide range of administrative duties. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of clerical tasks throughout the office, from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. The capacity to work hard is essential for an efficient office, and a competent Office Clerk can contribute to that. You need to be dependable, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills. Candidates with prior experience with standard office machinery and methods are preferred.

  • Work on a wide range of accounting tasks such as data entry, payroll, invoicing, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting throughout the fiscal year.
  • Collaborating is working together with other people to accomplish a common objective.
  • Help out with general office duties like addressing queries about company policies and keeping track of employee information.
  • Make use of the office’s technology, including the copier, printers, and computers, for things like word processing and making spreadsheets.
  • General Office Administration– Handle a variety of office related day to day tasks necessary to ensure smooth operations of the Support Office, including but not limited to phone duties, filing & organization, and general cleanup, etc.
  • Administrative and clerical work must be done according to protocols and with minimal oversight.
  • In a timely and correct manner, respond to customer interactions, and look into and handle consumer complaints.
  • Conform to standard office procedures by printing, scanning, and revising papers as needed. Make written records of facility activities and store them appropriately.
  • Be sure that all of your documents and files are up-to-date and easy to access.
  • Monitor office supply stockpiles (paper clips, stationery, etc.) and report shortages.
