Full-Time Retail Inventory Coordinator – Polangui
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with physical inventory and cycle counting as well as shipping and receiving, as well as counting and controlling inventory, creating product kits, using and creating documentation, and executing transactions within our ERP system.

Qualifications:
- Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
- To ensure that all food is produced in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and any associated preventive controls.
- Make it a priority to offer exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
- Keep the tool room under control, allocate resources as needed, ensure all tools are returned to their rightful storage space, and ensure the cleanliness of all company property.
- Carry out physical and cycle counts of inventory and provide reports detailing any shortfalls or surpluses.
- Workstation inventory should be counted on a regular basis.
- Safely do daily tasks and accurately record indirect time by paying close attention to and following all applicable instructions and established best practices.
- Send an email or create a ticket in the system if you run into any problems while putting the pieces together or fixing them.
- responsible for following and maintaining procedures, as well as contributing to the development of any procedures that have not yet been established.
- Carried out the Tool Room’s cycle counts as planned.
Skills:
- Good problem-solving skills, as well as written and vocal communication abilities, are required.
- Competent at using logic and reasoning to weigh the merits of many options and pick the best course of action.
- Working as an Inventory Clerk in a high-volume production environment for at least one to two years is preferred.
- competence with standard measuring implements such as rulers, tape measures, and calipers.
- The ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to other people.
