Job Description
During your time as a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be in charge of leading a team that utilizes its skills and knowledge to developing new, cost-effective ways to optimize production control output and continuous development. You will be in charge of the strategic direction and initiatives that will guarantee that the product is coordinated, monitored, and that the manufacturing cycle is completed on time and under budget.

Qualifications:
- To get the most out of your service providers and other resources, use email, text messaging, and other means of contact throughout the day.
- In order to ensure that field crews have an appropriate amount of work that can be completed, they must communicate to supervisors any irregularities in their performance in the field.
- As appropriate, offer crucial spot-checks for other schedulers under the supervision of the Manager, Scheduling, and the advice of the Lead Scheduler.
- Adjust crew schedules in real time in response to resource changes or changing business situations that may occur during the day.
- Gains and makes readily accessible to the physician important information such as office, OR, and PAT records; labs, blood tests, and imaging; and new patient letters to mention just a few examples of the types of information that may be generated and made available to the physician.
- Using a spreadsheet, assign field tasks to field employees by hand, including travel time, emergency work, and various equipment rentals to be used while the teams are on the project site.
- Provide appropriate responses to incoming phone calls and emails. Calling or sending emails to clients and/or interpreters to follow up on assignments, handle cancellations or inquiries, or reschedule services for clients are all instances of outbound client and/or interpreter jobs.
- Analyze important pathways and constraints to estimate the impact of changes on the schedule and offer workarounds.
- Oversee new recruits in the field, collaborating with operations and human resources to ensure future team members have enough visibility.
- Keeping tabs on the field’s productivity, usage, overtime, travel time, and other important resources is essential to generating management reports.
Skills:
- The capacity to deal with a broad spectrum of people, including hospital managers, staff, and physicians.
- Expertise scheduling and coordinating client requests is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly and proactively to new technologies and ever-changing organizations, as well as flourish in an exceptionally fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Improvise and find ways to avoid scheduling issues and alleviate the logistical burden on field workers by taking charge of the scheduling process on your own.
- In terms of physical, psychological, educational and safety evaluations, this person has the knowledge and ability required to care for another human.
