Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator II – Ḥulwān
Job Description
Organization and management of all business office activities are handled by Scheduling Coordinators. Registration and check-out, scheduling capacity to execute clinical activities within their practice, and staff training/supervision of these functions may be included in this category. Alternatively, If the Practice Manager asks the Scheduling Coordinator to work on a specific project, the Scheduling Coordinator should be prepared to do so.

Qualifications:
- In order to ensure that field crews have an appropriate amount of work that can be completed, they must communicate to supervisors any irregularities in their performance in the field.
- Manually assign field activities to field workers, including travel time, emergency work, and equipment rentals for use while the crews are on the job.
- perform crucial spot-checks for other schedulers under the supervision of the Manager, Scheduling, and the advice of the Lead Scheduler.
- Monitor new hires in the field, working with operations and HR to offer sufficient visibility for future team members.
- It is important to include metrics such as productivity and utilization as well as the utilization of other resources such as computers and printers in management reports.
- Provide appropriate responses to incoming phone calls and emails. Calling or sending emails to clients and/or interpreters to follow up on assignments, handle cancellations or inquiries, or reschedule services for clients are all instances of outbound client and/or interpreter jobs.
- In addition to generating essential information and making it readily accessible to physicians, the system also generates and makes available information such as office, OR, and PAT records; labs, blood tests, and imaging; and new patient letters to mention a few examples.
- Utilize emails, text messages, and other forms of communication to route service providers and other resources effectively throughout the day.
