Qualifications:

- Training sessions should be developed and delivered in order to achieve a high level of user acceptance for the team solution.
- Being familiar with the bigger team’s solutions and interacting with on-site customers is an essential part of product support. In addition, provide first-line technical support for issues and requests for changes and escalate as necessary.

Skills:
- Four to five years of expertise in the fields of development, implementation, or interface engineering, as well as a minimum of five years of Agile Project Management experience, ideally in the software or mixed software/hardware environment, is required.
- Has a firm grasp of a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. The ability to communicate, make decisions, present, interact with others, and organize one’s thoughts and actions is outstanding. The ability to swiftly and successfully solve problems.
