Qualifications:
- Collaboration is essential while working on design and digital experiences.
- Assess the client’s needs, figure out what technological solutions will best meet those needs, and then provide those options to the client.
- As needed, take part in attempts to raise the caliber of websites and other electronic media.
- Clients and staff members in the relevant departments must be trained on the approved systems.
- Create, release, optimize, and maintain a responsive website.
- Optimal online experiences are the result of informed decisions, therefore nudge your clients in that direction.
- Assist customers and make adjustments to the site as needed, including troubleshooting and coming up with solutions that are in line with the customers’ aims.
- All design elements, templates, and final deliverables must work consistently across a variety of browsers, devices, and screen resolutions, and must be compliant with stringent quality control standards.
- Raise your profile as an authority on web design standards and emerging technologies.
- Consult with other teams and departments on how to best approach support requests and projects.
Skills:
- Experience as a web designer, Joomla and WordPress experience is a plus.
- mastery of graphic design and wire-framing software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- skill in utilizing and developing online services for the purpose of importing and exporting data in a variety of formats.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- good sense of color, composition, and typography; creative.
