Qualifications:
- As a technical expert, assist internal clients with career solutions; give data-driven recommendations based on awareness of corporate rules and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Hire on-camera talent, celebrities, digital influencers, and/or producers that suit the Company’s voice for branded content campaigns and original network programming.
- Be a part of developing and implementing succession plans, as well as assisting in the establishment of development plans for new hires.
- Management of the performance process should be done in a way to optimize the impact of the process while reinforcing the behaviors essential for team growth and development. Goal-setting, performance evaluations, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions are all part of the process at a company.
- Develop a plan for your professional advancement, then put that plan into action using the appropriate tools and resources. Assisting business partners and HR leadership in expanding the efficacy, reach, and visibility of career programs is something that should be encouraged and assisted with.
- This individual creates reports, such as dashboard narratives and training or work assistance materials. Contribute to the development and/or delivery of talent-related training.
- Vendor evaluation motivations to establish a case for change adoption; examine the risks and benefits of the changes; design effective change-management strategies; and ensure communications and preparedness materials are in place to ease the transfer of career programs/processes.
- With little supervision, handle local and/or regional basic human resource functions such as onboarding, employment, employee relations, pay, benefits, and performance management procedures.
- System, coffee, wine, cocktails, food preparation and presentation, society and cleaning are some of the topics that need to be coordinated with internal and external training providers.
- Programs and initiatives that foster a performance culture that delivers corporate success, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion are developed and implemented.
Skills:
- From the publisher’s perspective, extensive knowledge in talent acquisition, pricing, and packaging, encompassing digital media and live events.
- Many years of production experience, including a track record of successfully managing the schedules of performers and other personnel to fulfill the show’s needs and deadlines.
- Social media expert. To find incredible talent and influencers, you know your way through Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms like the back of your hand.
- Verbal and written communication skills are exceptional. Excellent time management and scheduling skills. Prompt, efficient, reliable and nice customer service. The capacity to express oneself succinctly and clearly.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is required if you want to work in this field.
