We are looking for a full-time Marketing Strategist who is creative, forward-thinking, and well-organized. In this role, you will collaborate with the business development team to conceive, plan, write, and implement varied content to market our services, raise brand awareness, encourage thought leadership, and generate leads. You must have great writing and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide consistent, useful content across all marketing channels (organic, social, and paid), including landing pages, blogs, reports, and infographics. To track marketing effectiveness and guide decision-making, you must also have experience creating metrics and setting specific objectives. It is preferable if you have prior experience working with state and/or municipal policy concerns.

Qualifications:
- To ensure that deadlines are met and message is consistent, concise, and aesthetically attractive, collaborate with internal and external content authors and subject matter experts.
- Use social media to make and share content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- To develop relationships with online communities, identify appropriate partner organizations, news sources, and policy groups that fit our strategy and brand.
- To build a strong online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media profiles, and distribute material across several channels.
- Conduct content and competitor audits to generate content optimization recommendations such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
- Execute and monitor email testing techniques, such as templates and subject lines, send times and timings and content recommendations targeted to the audience
- We researched, generated, and authored appealing data-based material about e-commerce, online payments, and fraud to engage our target audience.
- To ensure that all regulations and procedures are followed, have a wide grasp of branch operations.
- Track email performance, KPIs, and objectives with the audience development team to provide regular reporting updates and insights for stakeholders (content, sales, and creative studio teams).
- Own the company’s content marketing strategy, including the creation of themes and subjects as well as content generation.
Skills:
- Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat are just a few of the programs you should be acquainted with. You should also be familiar with the Canva website builder, the WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment is essential due to tight time limitations and the amount of work.
- Coaching and counselling capabilities, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, are all desired characteristics.
- Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time while paying attention to the small details. The ability to communicate well with clients and technical support to address client concerns.
