Job Description
As a project manager, you’ll be in charge of making sure that our customers’ big business projects go well. A project manager’s job is to work with the client, come up with and implement project plans that use best practices, change management, quality management, effective communication plans, requirements management, and get all the resources needed to reach the project’s goals.

Qualifications:
- Deliverables are worked on by a team in a complex and wide-ranging project management team that has a clear image of the business project goals and objectives and functional knowledge input for deliverables
- Control the creation of all project deliverables, including design papers, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation, to ensure their quality.
- Lean production, storage, and distribution process improvement methodologies should be used to project efforts where they are applicable.
- Integration and education of the project management discipline to personnel at all levels of an organization, in addition to technical team members, is a significant task for any firm.
- Committed for ensuring that business plans are executed in order to meet customer needs and to develop the ability of project managers at lower management levels.
- The project team and stakeholders benefit from the subject matter expertise and knowledge management provided by the project manager, who also assures customer satisfaction via the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Everything from the scope management to the requirements management to the task breakdown and timetable management to the priority and dependency management and the assignment of roles is carefully considered, documented, and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Controls and monitors all areas of the project’s budget and finances, including scheduling, resource forecasting, financial management, and other associated tasks, in order to establish and maintain complete transparency.
- Follow up on permitted projects being carried out by cross-functional project teams. Keep an eye on how effectively your execution approach is functioning in the context of the whole project.
- Analyzes and minimizes project risks by conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, building contingency plans, predicting dependencies influenced by existing project changes, and recommending strategies to mitigate future risks to the management.

- Experience in translating business demands into detailed technical, functional, and operational evaluations
- Support the creation and development of a robust team that will support and maintain profitable growth while also providing possibilities for personal and professional development for our team members.
- It is necessary to have a full grasp of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize a number of complex projects.
- Worked on and/or supervised projects requiring the use of project life cycle techniques for six years (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
- Process work flows, Excel, Power Point, and great communication skills are required to summarize project progress and explain significant issues/milestones.
