Job Description
The Production Coordinator provides invaluable assistance to the Executive Producers. They oversee all forms of communication, ensuring that the Executive Producers and the rest of the team are getting what they need from one another to keep working effectively.

Qualifications:
- Conduct studies to bolster efforts to improve communication and cooperation between companies in different technological sectors while creating a final product.
- Organizes the compilation and delivery of the event documentation, as well as all other production-related tasks for the network’s professional and other productions.
- Track and maintain virtual production weekly reports and milestones, keeping stakeholders apprised of status.
- assistance in developing in-house tools and tracking software for VFX and virtual production. Take care of improvement requests when they come up.
- As a member of the Production and VFX team, you can contribute to the company’s culture of curiosity and self-disciplined proactive duty, as well as your team’s strong cooperation with Physical Production and Animation.
- Ensures that the events are adequately staffed and that all equipment requirements are met by working with the Director of Operations and truck/crew vendors.
- Reporting on production music cue sheets and keeping production schedules for teams and networks.
- Foster the adoption of new practices, frameworks and technology as it applies to Production within the company through helping prepare presentations, financial metrics, and aiding the development of in-house tools for project management.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external processes, such as spending, hiring, scheduling, onboarding, contracting, production, post-production, and delivery.
- Provide all-around support for the production at any time, from pre-production through final delivery.
Skills:
- sincere interest in the Production industry and its trajectory, as well as the future of content generation.
- Experience as a Coordinator in VFX, Production, Gaming, and/or Studio is preferred.
- having the ability to handle a high-pressure situation while juggling several projects at various stages of development (from development through delivery).
- Ability to think ahead and come up with creative solutions to problems, along with excellent organizing abilities.
- Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook are all part of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of them is required.
