Job Description
The Multimedia Designer’s job is to make plans and strategies more understandable and accessible through the use of visuals. This position’s responsibilities include developing new infographics, diagrams, charts, and maps to replace outdated designs used in internal and external presentations.

Qualifications:
- Supply project status information and make sure that projects are delivered on schedule, under budget, and in compliance with company needs.
- Plan, develop, and oversee the production of all marketing materials.
- Construct identifying markers such logos, banners, social media initiatives, advertising initiatives, brand systems, shortened and lengthened video edits, illustrations, and animated visuals/graphics.
- Prepare print files in collaboration with the sales and production teams for daily orders of bespoke graphics; maintain a high production rate while upholding accuracy, quality standards, and meeting/exceeding deadlines for production.
- Recognize the project’s principles and requirements, actively take part in the process, and ask questions if you don’t fully understand something.
- Using KeyShot or another 3D modeling program, you may add and animate products in both 2D and 3D settings.
- It’s time to make some last adjustments and new ideas based on your own assessment and feedback from others.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to create marketing communications materials such as packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials. Everything associated with the KwikBoost brand should adhere to those requirements.
- Create rough sketches, models, and working prototypes of your ideas.
- Come up with and study innovative methods of conveying data that allow for improved precision, easier template utilization, or more transparent communication without sacrificing a high level of visual sophistication.
Skills:
- Advanced graphic design abilities and an aesthetic sense; proficiency in photography and cinematography is an asset.
- To collaborate successfully with people and teams of staff who have varying levels of technical ability, you need high-level interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
- Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere/After Effects are just some of the Adobe design tools you’ll need to be proficient in.
- powerful multitasking skills, including the ability to handle numerous projects at once and complete them all in time to meet deadlines.
