We need a Front Desk Receptionist to oversee the front desk and take on other administrative and clerical duties as needed. You will be the face of our company to all who contact the front desk in your role as receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks throughout the company. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers and other visitors to the establishment. You will be responsible for coordinating front-desk operations, such as mail and phone distribution. The Front Desk Receptionist role is also customer service related, so a positive demeanor is essential for success in this field. You should be able to handle unexpected situations calmly and competently while simultaneously improving workplace efficiency. Competence in multitasking and stress management is a must in this role. Working shifts is a possibility in this position, so shift work is an asset. Finally, it is the Front Desk Receptionist’s job to ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and that all administrative duties are carried out to the best of their abilities.

Qualifications:
- Manage incoming calls for several departments in a professional and timely manner using a multi-line telephone system. uses the company’s intercom system in a cordial and businesslike manner.
- Provides generic responses to frequently asked topics and directs more specific inquiries, concerns, or sensitive matters to the corporate office manager.
- See to the extra administrative duties of other staff members, such as those in other departments or reporting to the CEO.
- Whenever necessary, you should go to and take part in workshops, seminars, in-service training courses, and other such events.
- In accordance with security protocols, assists guests with registration and badge assignment.
- keeps track of important records, paperwork, communications, and directories. makes plans for the boxes to be shredded and stored offsite. managing the servicing and repair of copy machines.
- The names and room numbers of residents, as well as the names and phone numbers of on-call staff, department extensions, important people, etc., should be kept up-to-date in a file or listing.
- Learn the processes for handling customer concerns and disagreements.
- Ascertain that each office meets the company’s standards for safety, upkeep, and cleanliness.
- Ensure that guests/visitors follow existing guidelines and reject entrance to individuals as directed.
Skills:

- Proven employment history as a front desk agent, receptionist, or in a position equivalent.
- Capacity for work prioritization and report generation inside a controlled environment.
