Qualifications:
- Getting merchandise from A to B is critical. That’s why you’ll handle inventory inside the Rome Plant. You will also handle the shipping and receiving stock inventories.
- In order to get OM Orders for the clinic, this person helps. Informing you of any back orders. Uses the FIFO (First in, First out-rotational) method to avoid stockpiling and to make sure that the product is safe to use.
- Understanding processes and functional inter-dependencies and identifying and escalating problems identified as chances to increase plant efficiency
- Compiles, evaluates, and reports on inventory data on a daily and/or quarterly basis in order to uncover patterns that will help to enhance and maintain the overall health of the inventory.
- Handles the PeopleSoft integration page and receives PeopleSoft numbers. Par levels are lowered or raised as required to ensure that patients are given the proper supplies.
- Taking an active role in the training and development of hourly workers and assisting in the process of talent management for hourly employees. While assisting with the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion meet or surpass company criteria
- Keep note of the results for future operational evaluations and trace down the applicable root cause, whether it’s a procedure or a behavior.
- Assure all case carts and implant trays are appropriately stocked with supplies at all times. Missing-list concerns could not have been resolved without communication between the core and all the necessary hardware and software.
- verifying that all incoming and exiting orders have been post-goods received, and that all incoming and outbound orders have been post-goods issued Keeping a clean and safe kitchen, as well as following food safety rules, are essential.

Skills:

The capacity to download data relevant to a purchase order onto a portable device. Use of a mobile phone in an operating room scenario.
- Ability to organize and maintain order in a work environment. A strong ability to handle several activities at once, prioritize work, and adhere to established norms, procedures or processes is needed.
