Job Description
The main responsibility of the Front Desk Receptionist position is to provide efficient clerical support in accordance with established protocols and under supervisory direction.

Qualifications:
- Maintains applicable records and files, directories, correspondence, and other related material. Coordinates off-site storage and shred boxes. Coordinates with copier service and repair.
- Inspect each office to ensure that it meets the standards for safety, maintenance, and cleanliness set by the company.
- Be familiar with the procedures for managing any consumer complaints and disputes.
- As directed, engage in workshops, seminars, in-service training sessions, and other training programs.
- Keep an up-to-date list of residents, including their names and room numbers, emergency call staff, department extensions, key personnel, etc.
- Provides broad information in response to normal customer enquiries, and refers non-routine, sensitive, and/or sophisticated information requests, as well as other inquiries or complaints, to the Corporate Office Manager.
- Make sure visitors follow the regulations and turn away anyone who is told to stay out.
- Uses a multi-line telephone system to politely and efficiently answer and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Employs a courteous and businesslike demeanor in using the office intercom.
- Assists guests with registration and badge assignment while adhering to security protocols.
- Oversee a variety of executive and departmental assistant responsibilities.
Skills:
- ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, initiatives, and details with ease.
- Having the wherewithal to multitask well and meet stringent deadlines is a must.
- Proven employment history as a front desk agent, receptionist, or in a position equivalent.
- Competence in juggling multiple responsibilities at once and the ability to set priorities among them.
- demonstrated proficiency in managing a calendar and knowledge of setting up appointments.
